Title: Salsa Frita (Fried Sauce)
Categories: Spice Salsa
Yield: 4 Servings

2mdTomatoes -- peeled
1smOnion
1 Clove garlic
1 Canned chili serrano
1tsSalt -- or less
2tbOlive oil

Grind veggies together, add salt and fry in olive oil over low flame about five minutes. Serve hot, yield 8 servings.
